The registration fee is €20.00; the annual membership fee is €120.00 per year for residential tenants, €90.00 per year for students, and €199.00 per year for commercial tenants (excluding tenancy legal protection insurance).

The minimum membership term is 24 months and may be terminated in writing with three months’ notice prior to the end of the minimum term.
